OUR STORY

At Cross & Field, we believe sports are more than games, they’re tools for transformation. As a nonprofit youth sports organization based in Arkansas, we develop inclusive youth sports programs that promote physical health, teamwork, and personal growth for kids in Searcy and in developing communities abroad.

Through community fundraising events and spirit wear sales, we sustainably fund our programs, ensuring every child has access to coaches, equipment, and safe play, regardless of background.

OUR HISTORY

Cross & Field was founded during a mission trip to Nicaragua, where we witnessed firsthand the deep need for youth development through sports. Inspired by a conversation with Benny Baker of Misión Para Cristo, our mission became clear: connect Searcy and Jinotega as sister cities united by sports, faith, and service.

That spark grew into a movement, supporting Arkansas families and building a bridge through shared baseball gear, tournaments, and youth leadership camps.
